His progressive career responsibilities included: manufacturing and process engineering, research and development, technical service, product and market development, and distribution management. This background provides clients with a broad and diverse base of technical and practical knowledge. Client matters are put into a perspective that encompasses the important legal issues involved and addresses the practical business consequences for the client.
Mr. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute of Troy, New York and earned his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School in Los Angeles, California in 1994.
His professional affiliations include: Intellectual Property Section of both the American Bar Association and California Bar Association; Orange County Bar Association; Orange County Patent Law Association; and Society for the Advancement of Materials and Process Engineering.
Mr. Bailey is admitted to practice in the State of California and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
