Mr
Mr. Sterling Scott Winchell's focus is in litigation with emphasis in area of
employment law (defense and plaintiff's bar), landlord/tenant law, and business
disputes. He also handles general civil and criminal practice with
additional emphasis in business litigation, landlord/tenant, insurance
litigation, premises liability, probate administration, real property law, and
misdemeanor criminal defense matters. Also Mr. Winchell handles
incorporations and estate planning and maintains a case load at all times of
approximately 30-40 matters.
Mr. Winchell is a mediator for Orange County Bar/Orange County Superior Court
joint mediation program. He has mediated numerous cases in the areas of
real property.
