Dominic E. Rainone's

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Rainone had 20 years experience with Unisys Corporation. Over this period, he was involved in multi-million dollar contract negotiations, managing software solutions products, adopting advanced hardware technology to users' needs, managing of system analysts and consultants, meeting and exceeding P & L goals, and myriad of other responsibilities. This high-level exposure to the computer and technology industry has provided Mr. Rainone with a superb knowledge base from which to assist companies with legal matters in this area.
Mr. Rainone graduated from SUNY at Albany in 1973 with a B.S. cum laud in Mathematics. He attended many graduate management business courses at USC extension in Irvine. In 1993, Mr. Rainone obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier Law School. There he was a member of the International Law Society and a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Advocacy.
